Organising a pilgrimage can feel overwhelming, but not with us. With over a decade of experience, we handle everything: planning, bookings, admin, flights, even promotion. You focus on the spiritual side. We’ll take care of the rest.
From start to finish, we take care of everything. We guide you from the moment you decide to embark on a pilgrimage until you return home — and beyond. Every tour is accompanied by a Fowler Tours representative (often the owner herself), allowing the priest to focus fully on spiritual direction, without logistical concerns.
We prioritise personal service. Our pilgrims are more than just clients; we are always available for guidance and support.
We handle all administration. Your parish does not need to worry about the extensive admin involved in organising a pilgrimage — we take care of everything, from enquiries to final bookings.
Visa applications made easy. We offer personalised assistance to pilgrims preparing their visa applications.
We book all flights directly. If anything goes wrong — as can happen with airlines — we step in to resolve issues. You'll never be stranded in a foreign airport. With a Fowler Tours representative on hand, you'll always be in safe hands.
We are selective about hotels. Our hotels are clean, safe and comfortable, offering breakfast and dinner. In places like Lourdes, Fatima, and Medjugorje, our hotels are within easy walking distance of the sanctuaries.
Custom-designed itineraries. Our tours are crafted with expert knowledge of the Catholic faith, as well as the history and geography of the pilgrimage sites. We are happy to craft a bespoke itinerary that suits your parish's or organisation's needs.
Comprehensive promotion. We provide professionally designed posters and social media materials for your parish, advertise your pilgrimage on our digital platforms, and feature it every month in The Southern Cross. Your pilgrimage will also have a dedicated webpage on our site: www.fowlertours.co.za.
Pre-tour orientation meetings. A few weeks before departure, we hold informative sessions to help pilgrims prepare practically and spiritually for their journey.
Fair pricing. Group tour prices vary due to exchange rates, flight costs, and group size. We always estimate conservatively to avoid nasty surprises increases later. If our quotes seem higher than those of others, this and the quality of our hotels and services may be the reason.
